Restaurant was not open after advertising opening that day No wifi and wasn’t even told till I asked, apparently upgrading. Might of been handy to be told prior to stay

Peaceful and beautiful place to stay. The staff are warm and welcoming. Stunning views from the room—you might even see dolphins from your balcony or while enjoying breakfast by the shore. At night, the balcony is perfect for stargazing, and I even saw shooting stars. Truly worth the money and highly recommended!

What a unforgivable “gives”! WiFi is no where to be found except for their own business titled WiFi. Toaster is missing and kettle has a rusting boiler surface. Restaurant is closed which did not sync WITH the website. This nearly starved me after I arrived near 5 pm and have yet to have any meal since 8 am.. had to google for nearest F&B outlet which is not matching to my expectation as restaurant but had to make do with it for my hungry stomach .

The kettle was replaced within 10 minutes of being notified, and our website correctly noted the restaurant’s late August reopening — which occurred as planned. As we’re in a remote part of Tasmania, dining options nearby can be limited, and we always recommend guests research the area before arrival to ensure it suits their needs. We hope the rest of your stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

One of Tasmania's hidden gems , tucked away in Coles Bay with great waterfront views by the beach, wildlife and a terrific host in Josephine who was very accommodating and makes an excellent coffee. We will endeavor to get back Thank you

Now under new ownership. This is our second stay and we were not disappointed. The staff were super friendly, Isaac and Josie in particular. We were welcomed as if we were locals and it made a huge difference to our stay. The room was comfortable - especially the bed. There’s a food prep area and fridge, we were also supplied with a microwave to warm up some food we brought. Breakfast was outstanding! As were the views of the bay. Easy access to a beach. Wallabies pop around for the occasional visit - see photo. We will be back for sure.

There was no restaurant for meals at all . No microwave to heat food . Our agent was not told when they booked for us that the restaurant was closed. We were told by reception to travel to town for our meals. For a resort charging a substantial fee per night , it was very disappointing.

A peaceful and beautiful resort. You can walk down to the Coles Bay and have a walk on the beach. Receptionist Louis was very helpful And the lady from cleaning was very polite and smiling. Try also the restaurant located behind the reception, Lure. Excellent dining experience.
