Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re so sorry the WiFi issue and restaurant opening caused some disappointment during your stay. Unfortunately, the WiFi outage was beyond our control at the time, though our team worked hard to get it back up as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and will take your comments on board to improve communication for future guests.
Hi there, Thank you so much for your beautiful review! Spotting dolphins and shooting stars in the same stay really is something special — I’m so glad you got to experience both. It’s wonderful to hear you felt welcomed and enjoyed the views from your room. We’d love to host you again whenever you’re back in Coles Bay. Cheers, Josephine Assistant Hotel Manager
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations. The kettle was replaced within 10 minutes of being notified, and our website correctly noted the restaurant’s late August reopening — which occurred as planned. As we’re in a remote part of Tasmania, dining options nearby can be limited, and we always recommend guests research the area before arrival to ensure it suits their needs. We hope the rest of your stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Hi Denis, What a kind review — thank you! I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay with us here in Coles Bay, and I’ll happily take credit for the coffee ?? It was a pleasure having you, and I hope we get to welcome you back to our little corner of Tassie before too long - I'll have the Creme Brulee ready for you. Cheers, Josephine Assistant Hotel Manager
Hello! What a wonderful review — thank you! It was such a pleasure to welcome you back, and I’m so glad you felt right at home with us and enjoyed being honorary members of the Coles Bay community on our special evening. I’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to Isaac too. Great to hear you enjoyed the room set-up, breakfast, and of course the wallaby visitors — they never fail to make the stay a little extra special. We look forward to seeing you again on your next trip to Coles Bay! Cheers, Josephine Assistant Hotel Manager
