The staff was great and the room was clean. The breakfast was fairly good. The parking wasn't good at all. The hotel is on a very busy street and only has a few spaces in front of it. We had to park across the street, which had 4-5 lanes. That was very inconvenient.
Bed comfy, room poor quality, no wardrobe, 1970s decor kitchen roll stuck to bathroom wall. Cooked breakfast awful. Very low quality sausages, bacon cooked until it was impossible to cut, black pudding good but very poor overall. Staff ignore you in the bar for ages. This place needs a total overhaul both staff and decoration. Avoid.
The younger employee was working rather hard at the front desk for the restaurant and the hotel. The bed was ROUGH. There was a napkin plugging a hole in the wall above the shower. The service was good, but the place really needs a good update. The area around is great, so it worked for a place to sleep.

Quality food
2 night stay, staff welcome very good.
I would say the hotel is a 2 star at best, needs a lot of work done to improve the aesthetics.
Bathrooms very nice, rooms dated and need TLC.
Indian restaurant very good, food excellent, staff very friendly.
First night television not working properly even though brand new, not resolved so no television to watch.
Breakfast pre ordered also good.
