Title: Very disappointing breakfast experience
We stayed at the Hyatt, and our booking clearly included breakfast for two. However, when we arrived at the breakfast area, there was no clear information or budget limit for what we could order. The staff didn’t explain anything, so we had no idea what was covered. Later, we saw a $100 bill charged to our room and were told the front desk would “adjust it later.”
For such a large and reputable hotel, it’s surprising that there’s no breakfast buffet, no clear instructions for guests, and very poor service — not even a friendly greeting or a smile from the staff. The whole experience felt far below Hyatt’s usual standards.

在鳳凰城市中心吧，周圍環境還不錯，設施什么的也不錯。因計劃改變需要提前一天checkout，我在免費取消日前跟攜程溝通幾次，都沒有成功，攜程好像也是通過另外渠道訂的，沒什么話語權。check in的時候嘗試跟前臺溝通，那位服務員態度不怎么樣，冷冰冰地拒絕了。
