    • Guest：WOW! I can't say enough about this establishment and what it offers. One of the nicest stays we have ever experienced. This was a last minute find due to some unfortunate circumstances and boy was/is it a gem. From our initial greeting from Sarah to our suite and the meals it was memorable experience. Speaking of the meals, we enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the Hotel and would strongly suggest that all guests do the same. You won't be disappointed, I know we were very glad that we did! The hotel/resort offers anything you might want or imagine in the way of amenities. My understanding is the resort is family owned and I cannot complement them enough...well done! I sincerely hope we are able to return! Thank you
    • Guest：Fantastic hotel on a nice location. Very friendly staff, food is exceptionally good, perfect shuttle service. Only 1 point that is a lot less: the very nice spa is spoiled by some tourists who don’t care about the rules, they don’t use their towels in a decent way and especially by making a lot of noice not respecting the other spa users. A pity, we hope the hotel staff will keep this in mind…
    • Guest：We were in the hotel from February 15–22. That was our 4th visit to this hotel. **Negatives:** - On the arrival day, it was always a "great buffet," but this time it was no longer there. It was a course dish where you had to make a choice, which was confusing as we had just arrived. - The dinner dish descriptions on the menu were misleading multiple times. For example, there was a menu item with the word "tiramisu." We thought it was traditional Italian tiramisu, but it was not. It was more customized and did not look like the brown tiramisu we expected. - The fish dish was smelly, and the beef dish was a bit tough. - The latte macchiato tasted different every day, unfortunately (not consistent). - There were no specified waiters or waitresses, so we could not tip them. (We had at least five different waiters.) - There was a very noisy big family near our dinner table who played loud music and talked loudly. - We think the quality of the dinner dishes has gone down compared to the last five years. Maybe a different chef? **Positives:** - The shuttle bus drivers are excellent. They are very prompt and kind. - Housekeeping is also great. - The female receptionists were mostly attentive and professional, but the male receptionist was a bit sloppy (not rude, just too casual). - The swimming pool water temperature was perfect! (We’ve experienced many ski resorts with cold pool water.)
    • Guest：The Albion Mountain Spa Resprt was absolutely spectacular. Lovely staff from reception to restaurant. The grounds were clean and stunning. Rooms well equipped and beautiful views. The inclusion of aperitifs and bike excursions was a plus. The massage had at the spa was wonderful. Thank you Albion Mountain Resort we loved our stay with you. We will be back.
