  • Guest：Had a brilliant stay at this guest house, I was in Stratford for the marathon, Annie and James were so helpful with recommendations for places to eat and were happy to make me a special breakfast ahead of the marathon. They were so welcoming and friendly and the rooms were immaculate if we are back in Stratford we will be staying here again and would recommend it to anyone
  • Guest：We stayed here for 2 nights two weeks ago. It was immaculate, there were little touches in the room that I have not had in expensive hotels. The breakfasts were amazing, from the smoothie waiting on the table to the selection of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, seeds and nuts. The cooked options were very varied and huge. Nothing was too much trouble. The situation is brilliant, only a few minutes walking distance from town and the main attractions . Don’t expect power showers or air conditioning as it an Edwardian house. Will use this again.
  • Guest：Staying at Twelfth Night is a real treat. My friend and I have visited 3 times in 7 years and from the moment we walk into this beautiful guest house, we feel relaxed and happy! Annie and James are a wonderful team and take great care in all aspects of their guests’ stay. From their attractive front garden to the welcoming hallway, there are many interesting features to catch the eye on the way to the rooms. Our ensuite bedrooms are always super comfortable and the complimentary touches are just one other lovely aspect to enjoy. Comfy beds, immaculate and pristine rooms. The breakfast choice is excellent and prepared to perfection. Friendly and helpful, Annie and James are rightly proud of their business and we feel lucky to have discovered them and Twelfth Night. Thank you!
  • Guest：Annie and James are the perfect hosts. I booked a room with them for my wife and I to celebrate our 30 year wedding anniversary. We had been to the same guesthouse on our honeymoon and I asked them if they would give us exactly the same room that we had all those years ago with flowers and champagne for us on arrival. They were more than happy to help, and their hospitality from the first communication back in January, to out checking out yesterday was first class. Thank you Annie and James for helping us celebrate 30 years married. Perhaps we won't leave it so long again to book another stay in Stratford upon Avon.
