Tintswalo Atlantic was our third Tintswalo destination, and this hotel group continues to deliver exceptional comfort, outstanding food, and true hospitality. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic views of Hout Bay and spectacular sunsets that feel almost unreal. Dining at Chefs Warehouse was a world-class experience. We absolutely loved our stay. The team could not have been more welcoming, and the views are simply unmatched at this one-of-a-kind property.

I was here previously and it was such a unique and romantic place ..we happened to be there on a whim and had the entire lodge to ourselves..now it looks like any upmarket exclusive establishment with a heavy bland branded cooperate stamp .. the 8 course meal was plated creatively but consisted of very basic ingredients.. nothing outstanding .. members of our group raved about the superb selection of wines..definitely not a place for children .. an efficient conveyer belt shuttle arrangement from the parking above to the restaurant below .. oddly named Chefs Warehouse .. personally I found it overpriced , overhyped and out of reach of the indigenous inheritance .

My husband and I had our dream wedding at Tintswalo Atlantic and it was truly breathtaking in every way. It was a pleasure and privilege celebrate our wedding at this exquisite venue, a place very close to our hearts. From the moment we first engaged with the GM Melissa a year prior to our wedding, to our tasting in March 2025 (Chef Cam was amazing) through to the pre and post wedding celebrations, the entire experience was exceptional. Melissa catered to our every need, truly understood the vision we had and was incredibly flexible with our requests. Everything we as immaculate: the beautifully appointed, spotless rooms, the sensational food and drinks throughout the stay and the delightful staff went above and beyond ensuring our experience was perfect. The seamless wedding coordination in the lead up and on the day by Melissa, Jamie and the entire team was phenomenal. Bringing a wedding to life involves multiple vendors and uncontrollably elements such as the wind and rain, yet Melissa and Jamie were calm and composed, fun and joyful attending to every need not only for Guy and myself but the entire bridal parties, families and friends onsite. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible Tintswalo and Chefs Warehouse team for creating an unforgettable wedding experience that we will cherish forever. Our love and thanks Chlo & Guy xXx

Es war eine grandiose Erfahrung, beeindruckende Location direkt am Meer. Besonders die unglaubliche Ruhe und Einsamkeit am Morgen war für mich Urlaub pur. Dass wir sogar noch Delphine sehen durften war der H?hepunkt. Leider war der Service und die Qualit?t der Speisen schwankend. In den ersten drei Tagen wurden uns buchst?blich alle Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen, danach wechselte die Crew und leider damit die perfekte Gastfreundschaft und Professionalit?t. Man war noch immer sehr bemüht und freundlich, allerdings hakte es an Kleinigkeiten.

Точно ид из лучших отелей в ЮАР. На территории располагается небольшое количество вилл, поэтому отношение со стороны отеля максимально трепетное. Расположение очень удачное, рядом и пингвины, и пляжи, и видовая дорога, а также не так уж далеко и до аэропорта. Номера чистые с невероятно красивым видом ! Завтраки подаются по меню, очень вкусные. Радует, что, пока вы завтракаете, ваш номер сразу же начинают убирать, чтобы после завтрака можно было прийти и наслаждаться отдыхом. На территории есть бассейн с теплой водой из океана. Также по вечерам тут работает ресторан, подачи и сама еда очень вкусная, а также соответствует цене. Цена, конечно, немного кусается (по сравнению с другими отелями), но всё же отель стоит своих денег, хотя бы раз точно стоит сюда заглянуть ! Отдельное спасибо персоналу, который сделал наш отдых незабываемым !

Wat een geweldige plek is dit. We wisten al dat het eten bij Chefs Warehouse geweldig was maar het logeren is nog beter! Prachtige kamer (Lemu suite) met Afrikaanse/keniaanse inrichting. Waanzinnig uitzicht. Maar het beste zijn de mensen. Wat een service.

Everything about our stay here was amazing! Firstly, the customer service from the moment you pull into the entrance to park up is 5*. Friendly, excellent attention to detail whether that is remembering names of clientele, what has been ordered, room numbers, quality of conversation. Secondly, the location is just breathtaking. Thirdly, the rooms, pool, bars, restaurants and everything associated with hotel accommodation Lastly, and not least the food and wine!!!!!!! Top notch without being stuffy. Our party comprised a 2 year old, two twenty something couples and us (in our sixties, albeit sprightly!). Each one of us had an amazing stay and will be back. Well done to Melissa and her fantastic team!!

I was highly anticipating the stay at the hotel due to the positive reviews, but was sorely disappointed. While other travelers found staff friendly and helpful, I found the opposite with some members of the team. The service varied significantly, with some exceptional team members, and some who were rude and standoffish. I ordered room service one evening, and the team member who took my order was astoundingly rude. The restaurant where meals were served was often dirty, with breadcrumbs over the floor and seats. We ate one dinner at the restaurant and the food was extremely underwhelming. The saving grace was staff including Lee-Ann, Jonathan, Patrick who were extremely responsive and apologetic about issues we experienced, and dealt with them efficiently. I also appreciated the lovely gift left for my parents as we were celebrating their wedding anniversary. Other observations for future guests: 1. The hotel only offers meals at the Chef's Warehouse restaurant on the property. There is a modified residents menu which is not the restaurant's focus, and probably why the meals are not of a very high quality. It is also extremely limited for special dietary requirements such as vegetarian or vegan. 2. If driving in the city, you will have to park your car at the entrance and be driven down to the property. While this is a minor inconvenience, the staff at the front gate are not particularly welcoming, and do not recognize return guests. 3. Management are fantastic and should be commended, but general staff particularly those on the phone, or at the restaurant dealing with hotel guests could benefit from additional training. 4. The bar man at the guest lounge is fantastic, and made amazing cocktails/mocktails. I also highly recommend the chilli martini at the restaurant - one of the best drinks I've ever had. 5. The location and position right on the ocean is spectacular, and the rooms are well appointed/stocked with teas/coffees etc. Overall, I would conclude that in my opinion, the hotel falls far below a 5 star property. While the location is incredible, what really sets a hotel apart is the service, and this one stood out for all the wrong reasons.

Это был потрясающий отель. Необычный формат бутик-отеля прям на берегу океана . Очень тихо и спокойно. Все номера оформлены со вкусом, много всяких деталей. На территории есть прекрасный ресторан.?
