  • Guest：This is not a hotel; it is some really nice rooms for rent. You get a code for the doors and never see any people. Once going in, you just see a few rooms downstairs and 3 rooms upstairs. If you cannot carry your bags up a flight of stairs make sure you request a room downstairs. The rooms were very clean and very large. It was very quiet and I got lots of rest. Across the street was a grocery store to get anything you need. The Castle was a short walk (5 minutes) and plenty of places to eat by the Castle. From the Heathrow Airport you can take an Uber for $40 pound or take the Flightline 703 bus for $4 pound. The Flightline 703 picks up outside Terminal 5 and will drop you right at the Charles House. There is 23 stops but they go very quickly and have space for your luggage.
  • Guest：Really nice room, fresh and clean, great location with parking nearby, easy process to gain access. bed eas comfoftable, bedding was nice and fresh and bathroom amd towels were really good.
  • Guest：Very spacious room, location excellent just a short walk to the town centre great value for money, lovely and clean but only slightly criticism pillows could do with replacing as too flat and no shower curtain. Definitely would come back to stay thank you ??
  • Guest：We have stayed several times at Charles House Windsor and find it well appointed, charming and spacious. There is no reception, but instructions are given for keypad entry to the building and also the room. It is an old building with quaint rooms. The bathroom in our room bathroom has previously been updated nicely - presumably the other rooms have too. It is well-located a few minutes walk into Windsor town. No parking available, but NCP nearby. The only downside is that the Customer Service is very poor. We have rung and messaged them numerous times about a couple of issues, but have received no response whatsoever. (We were instructed to message them each time we rang, but have never had a response) They are very speedy to send a message after each visit asking if we enjoyed our stay, but do not address the issues raised. We would, nevertheless, still recommend Charles House.
