Pleasantly surprised! We didn't know what to expect when we booked our room. We are so glad we did. The hotel and room was very clean. The staff was very accomodating. We arrived three hours before check in time and they were so nice and gave us an available room right away. They certainly didn't have to do that, but they did it anyways. The whole decor of the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast area is beautifully decorated and the staff was very good. Overall, we had a great experience and will continue to stay at the Blanc Kara every time we visit Miami. I strongly recommend this hotel!

The top rating will go to the staff only. The property is old with a lot of maintenance issues that should be fixed such as: loose plugs, sink tap loose, paint coming off in the bathroom etc. During your stay they only clean it once. If you want more, you have to pay for it. Inside the fridge was dirty as well. The breakfast is basic and the same every day. Comfortable bed and very close to the beach

The front desk staff was wonderful throughout, and the room was very clean. The bed was ok but coming to the end of life but the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and there was a good volume of coffee, tea and cream/sugar when we arrived and when more was needed the front desk was happy to provide more. The only 2 things that could have improved our experience would have been to have an articulated arm TV mount ass it was not a great angle for watching either from the couch or bed, and to have maybe added a shelf in the bathroom for personal toiletries. On a scale of one to five as high 4.

The rooms were very nice and bright the terrace we laid out. They had great furniture for the patio. They had a nice French breakfast area for in the morning which was included in our stay. The staff was amazing. The property was nice and clean. I would give a 10 out of 10 and would recommend this place to anybody to stay here again. Three minutes walking to the beach and anywhere you wanna walk you have restaurants you have shopping very nice.

Phenomenal Not only was the hotel clean and conveniently located, the customer service was outstanding. I was coming back from Key West and was stranded on US-1/Sound Card Rd area for 5 hours due to a wildfire. The hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in an hour after their check in time ends. The actual hotel is clean, within walking distance of everything you’d want to do or need in south beach - food, drinks, entertainment, the beach, CVS for essentials, etc. Could not recommend a better place to stay.

The staff is wonderful from the front desk to the valet and breakfast workers too. So close to everything. We loved walking. Breakfast is preset. Had all you need but the egg was only cooked hard boiled. Not my choice but I'm sure it works for some. It was def a bonus to have breakfast everyday though. Very satisfied regardless! Our stay was fantastic and we would for sure stay again!

Very clean room and it's a walking distance to south beach and tour buses.
