Buona accoglienza, personale gentile e disponibile, parcheggio a pagamento 200mt dall'hotel. Camera accogliente ma mal odorante, bagno comodo ma con doccia piccolissima, adatta all'uso dei bambini ma difficile per un adulto. La colazione a buffet molto ricca e di ottima qualità, il personale disponibileer servizio al tavolo per caffè, cappuccini, latte macchiato ecc.
è la prima volta che venivo a Palermo,la posizione è buona,personale gentile,camere carine,l'unica cosa è la colazione ogni giorno c'erano sempre le stesse cose ma tutto sommato mi è piaciuto e ci ritornerò
The staff are absolutely amazing at this hotel, they are friendly and so helpful! Unfortunately this hotel is in a bad location and there was a lot of noise with fireworks going off at all hours of the night.
Das Hotel hat keinen PRIVATEN Parkplatz, warum wir überhaupt diese Hotel gebucht hatten! Die W?nde sind dünn, die Nachbarschaft sehr laut, zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht da. Das Frühstück war ok.
