Gentile Luca, siamo contenti che abbia apprezzato la pulizia, l'appartamento e il nostro parcheggio privato. Ci dispiace che abbiate atteso per la consegna delle chiavi ma vorremmo anche noi precisare che nei nostri canali di prenotazione è specificato che il check-in è garantito dalle h.17:00. Purtroppo non sempre ci è possibile consegnare le chiavi in mattinata visto che l'orario del check-out è previsto per le h.10:00. Diamo comunque sempre possibilità agli ospiti di depositare i bagagli in Reception e di usufruire dei nostri servizi, facendo quanto ci è possibile per anticipare il check-in. Anche per quanto riguarda il WI-FI e la non presenza dell'ascensore, trova tutto specificato sul nostro sito e su tutti i siti di prenotazione, per tanto La invitiamo a verificare.
