Very Very Worst and Terrible experience I have never experienced before in my lifetime and it happened at the moment when I checked in this hotel. Whatever the photos shown while booking is not available when we went directly and they are just saying it's got damaged bcaz of Cyclone. No Passenger lift working and instead we went in service lift which is very aukward with gutka spills and with bad odour. Bedsheet & pillow was dirty and I have selected sea view room but sea is not visible, no balcony, no heater, ac remote not working properly, leakage in ceiling, floor skirting damaged, toilet unclean, no telephone, no proper door lock..Roof top entirely damaged and swimming pool water dirty with damaged tiles. Pls don't prefer this hotel and I give guarantee that u will not be happy

A grand hotel by the seaside. Close proximity to the seaside. Rooms are big enough and friendly staff. The food offered is decent. The hotel has a bar and roof top, pool side dining area. Enough to hold a small event of 30-50 people.
