The condo hotel was very spacious and clean. Fully stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, washer, dryer, two large tvs. It is a short Uber ride to CVS, Bal Harbour Mall, Pizza and other restaurants. Walkable, but it is a distance especially in Florida heat. Beach access is beside tge Ritz Carlton Residence, across the street. Free towels, umbrellas and beach chairs.

Check in and parking was easy, room was very clean, bed comfortable, shower was nice. We spent a day at inlet park watching the beautiful boats. Walked to dinner (about a mile) each evening, the area is very clean and safe. Couple items to note, I thought we had a balcony, but we did not, also this time of year the beach has a lot of seaweed. Overall very nice place.

Estava tudo dentro do esperado. Fa?o somente uma observa??o quanto a seguran?a, pois a porta do hotel fica aberta sem nenhuma seguran?a. Também observo a cobran?a realizada pelo estacionamento, totalmente desnecessária. O restante tudo ótimo.

Check-In nach 18 Uhr verlief problemlos. Die Kommunikation via Mail (Instruktionen) hervorragend. Das moderne Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings war bei der Küchenzeile eine Schublade defekt. Das Haus selbst ist etwas hellh?rig, vom Stra?enl?rm bekommt man fast nichts mit. Der Strandservice mit Sonnenschirm und Liegestuhl ist Klasse. Der Pool hingegen Katastrophe. Hat nichts mit einem Pool zu tun, sehr klein, das Wasser geht nicht mal bis zu den Knien.

Lugar excelente. Muito bem localizado, bom atendimento, amplo, confortavel. Apenas o chuveiro tinha pouca pressao (nada impeditivo) e vazava um pouco de agua do box.

The Beach Haus is the perfect place to stay in Bal Harbour if you are looking for an affordable place to stay in the area. The rooms are large and modern with a kitchenette that tops most kitchens in homes. The Beach is right across the street and you get free chaises, umbrellas and towels. The restaurants and shopping are within walking distance (although you might prefer to have your own car because it isn't right next to the property). And Last but not least, the service was excellent.
All in all I would recommend the Beach Haus to anyone that is looking to stay in the Bal Harbour area.

Segunda vez no hotel, a estrutura dele é ótima, quarto com dois quartos é amplo, todo equipado, contudo o quarto que ficamos esse ano número 104 deixou a desejar na limpeza e nas condi??es, n?o estava muito limpo, com infiltra??es e armários danificados, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. Porém, o que ficamos ano passado no andar superior era bem mais novinho. O hotel está em reforma e o elevador estava parado, mas nada atrapalhou nossa estadia, recep??o muito simpática, pronta para nos receber.
