Room was clean but cheaply furnished, old carpeting. Reception staff were very nice and friendly

Motels could be unpredictable but everything was great. Room was comfortable and clean, and the reception lady was very friendly and helpful. Free parking.

Had booked for a double bed and twin bed but only had two double beds upon arrival. Otherwise great!

I had a fantastic experience at Anchorage Motel Apartments! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, but what truly stood out was the staff. They went above and beyond with incredible patience and genuine care. Their local knowledge was invaluable — from recommending the best spots to eat to helping plan out scenic routes and activities. You can really tell they love their community and want guests to enjoy every moment. Highly recommended if you're looking for a welcoming place with that extra personal touch!

新西兰大部分酒店和民宿环境其实都比较陈旧，可能是人少的原因 酒店设施并不是很新，但是出来游玩儿过度住一晚也是可以的

This motel is great. Really comfortable, very friendly and welcoming staff and an easy walk to the lakefront and the township.
We got a room with the hot tub and it was fantastic for cold evenings.
I would 100% stay here again

Was very clean. Had everything I needed. Kitchen, warm bed and warm room, clean bathroom, easy parking and was super close to shopping center and the lake.. would happily stay again.. very friendly staff also
