The staff was mediocre.
I emailed several times to arrange transportation to the hotel. They never answered. I asked was staying at in Flores to call them and was able to get it done.
The front desk doesn’t speak much English and forget to give me the Internet password. The staff at the restaurant are extremely slow.
It feels like staying at a holiday inn with a great location

Very beautiful hotel with Garden , pool and Jacuzzi. Comfortable room and we were upgraded to room with Fireplace . Nice staff

the room was clean, but pillows were too thick and hard, otherwise everything was great, the location is wonderful
