  • Guest：The hotel is in a fantastic location across the road from the port, a 20 minute walk from a beautiful beach, and a short metro ride from the bustling city centre which was the perfect balance for our city break. There are local bars and restaurants within walking distance too which was very handy. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was modern, comfortable and air conditioned. Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried the roof top bar on a few occasions which was brilliant, and the cocktails were great. The manager, Ramon was particularly helpful and welcoming too. Overall a great stay and I would definitely return.

  • Guest：Mi marido y yo elegimos este hotel por la cercanía al puerto de Valencia puesto que íbamos a embarcar en el MSC splendida. Y efectivamente fue un acierto porque está tan solo a 15min andando de la terminal de pasajeros TRASMED que es donde teníamos que hacer checkin y desde donde nos llevaron al barco. Para cercanía al centro no sería buena opción. Alejado también de la estación de alta velocidad Joaquín Sorolla. A pesar de que todo lo relativo a la habitación fue bueno no puedo puntuarlo más alto dado que el personal del salón de desayunos dejaba bastante que desear... El café había que pedirlo en la barra y se notaba que les molestaba, además de que tuvimos que pedirlo varias veces a pesar de que eran los únicos cafés que en ese momento tenían que servir. Hablaban alto entre ellas en el propio salón y en la barra y además se las escuchaba desde la cocina. Incluso quejándose de otros clientes... Ya que en este hotel no te asignan la mesa y es libre elección elegimos una mesa que aún no estaba montada (no pasa nada, éramos conscientes de ello pero era la que más nos gustaba) y también les molestó e intentaron que nos fueramos a otra ya montada cuando nosotros no habímos dicho nada sobre ello, no teníamos prisa ninguna y no nos importaba esperar a que la montaran. Pues pusieron malas caras y malos gestos. Para el precio el desayuno es escaso, poca variedad. Por lo demás todo bien aunque tampoco destaca. Cama de matrimonio y cómoda. Agua, café y té de cortesía. Las vistas de la habitación eran bonitas a una plaza con una iglesia. Repetiría únicamente si volviera a embarcar en un MSC por cercanía a la terminal.
