Great Staff and super location to get to all the sights Palermo has to offer. Easy access to the bus system and central station for trips such as to Cefalu or even Messina.
Great places to eat all around. Will go there again and can highly recommend.

Un h?tel central et bien équipé.
3 nuits à Palerme. Stationnement dans la rue mais cela a été assez difficile en raison du peu de places bleues. 1€/h, 10€ la journée. Immeuble consacré à l’h?tellerie. a
Au 6eme étage, logement bien équipé même s’il manquait une étagère pour ranger la vaisselle. Canapé dans la grande pièce mais assez bas de gamme pour le confort. 2 écrans plats (vu les programmes de la télé italienne c’est 2 de trop). Grand lit confortable. Salle de bain correcte si on accepte d’avoir les wc collés au lavabo. Balcon mais avec un gros vis à vis qui oblige tout le monde à baisser les rideaux. Sinon h?tel très proche du centre historique et notamment du Teatro Massimo. Accueil sympathique en fran?ais. Ascenseur bien utile. Multiples options de restauration proches. H?tel solide mais améliorable. C?té propreté RAS sauf un dégat des eaux laissant des traces au plafond. Une salle est disponible pour les personnes qui prendront le petit déjeuner.

Stanza ampia e confortevole. C’è una stanza a disposizione degli ospiti con caffè, te e tisane. La zona è in pieno centro e perfetta per girare la città. I gestori sono davvero gentili e prontissimi a fornire qualunque assistenza per qualunque necessità o curiosità. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero notevole.

Location is excellent and it is between the new and old town of Palermo. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. Room was clean. Highly recommended.

Just spent 10 days at the B&B Maxim in Palermo. Great city and a wonderfully located hotel. Our room was ideal and nicely furnished. Francesca was a brilliant host. Very helpful and informative about where we could visit in Sicily. Helped us with booking tickets and nothing was too much trouble for her. Visited Cefalu by train and the Sicilia Outlet mall by bus and basically walked the city of Palermo as well as using the hop on hop off bus service. Felt safe even at night. This was our first visit to Sicily and I’m sure we will be back. I recommend the B&B Maxim as the place to stay and Ottos as the place to eat
