Buona struttura in val di giovo....buona accoglienza..camere superior belle e pulite..alcuni segni di usura.....ristorante ottimo con buon servizio...ottima cucina..tutte le bibite sono a pagamento..compresa acqua a 3 euro al litro...alcuni prezzi sono allucinanti... 1/2 litro di vino chardonnay alla spina 17.60 euro....spa bella divisa tra adulti e bambini...zona adulti con 3 saune un bagno turco una piscina e un idromassaggio.....varie docce....solo 12 sdraio quindi si fa molta fatica a trovare posto...personale assente.....la parte esterna del giardino è insufficiente..pochissime sdraio in una fetta di prato.....niente altro per la parte esterna......quindi va bene per la.coppia e i piccoli gruppi.. personale sottodimensionato...i pochi presenti fanno il lavoro doppio.....colazione e cena ottima....pranzo solo verdura e zuppa....

Hotel ideale per una vacanza in famiglia, anche con bimbi piccoli (la nostra ha un anno e mezzo). L'albergo è pulito, con camere ampie e silenziose. Il buffet è molto vario con primi e secondi piatti a menù di qualità. Il personale è cordiale, disponibile e molto attento ai bisogni di grandi e piccini. I servizi dedicati ai bambini salvano la vacanza e a pochi km ci sono diverse opzioni per passeggiate più o meno impegnative accessibili anche con passeggini. Speriamo di tornarci il prossimo anno!

Ottima posizione tra Racines e Vipiteno. Ottima qualità prezzo per cibo e struttura ma non è specificato che manca il mini club con assistenza, c’è solo una sala giochi molto calda. La piscina è presente con vasche di varia misura, ma molto sporca. Il personale è però molto molto gentile, soprattutto il cameriere Shakeel, cordiale e attento. Migliorando questi due punti, l’hotel potrebbe essere uno dei migliori per famiglie. Comunque consigliato.

Tento hotel a ubytování musím pochválit za vyborny poměr cena/kvalita. P?ekvpila nás poprvé vyu?ita 3/4 penze, která je skvělá p?i návratu z ly?í a ?ekání na ve?e?i, která v tomto hotelu za?íná v p?íjemnych 18.30. Hotel má moc pěkné wellness a samostatny dětsky bazén s malym tobogánem, kde je teplá voda, ale pro mě a? p?íli? vysoká teplota okolnícho vzduchu. My jsme si p?iplatili za pokoj bez koberc? , ktery je vybaven moderně a vkusně a v?dy byl ?istě uklizen. Na na?em pokoji 214 bylo tro?ku od?ené ko?enkové polstování (záda) postele, co? malinkato kazí dojem z mého kladného hodnocení. Doporu?uji vyměnit :-). Perfektní a usměvavá recep?ní a to i platí v restauraci u obsluhy. P?i p?íjezdu byl dotaz na nějaké alergeny na potraviny, co? bě?ně také nebyvá. Hetel si svym podáním nehraje na nic luxusního, ale zároveň nic méněceného. Pro rodiny s dětmi ideální i díky herně vedle bazénu a samostatného wellness centra. Hotel nabízí i skipas zdarma na sjezdovce vzdálené cca 11 km od hotelu, která je 11 km dlouhá. Sjezdovka je zajímavě ?leněná a dá se vyu?ít tak 2 x za tyden na 3 hodiny i pro dobrého ly?a?e. Bylo by super, kdyby hotel nabízel slevu na skipas Racines Giovo Colle, ?i Ladurns - tak to by byla pecka. Na otázku vrátit ?i ne odpovídám - Ano a to díky poměr cena /kvalita I must praise this hotel and accommodation for its excellent price/quality ratio. We were surprised by the first time we used 3/4 board, which is great when returning from skiing and waiting for dinner, which in this hotel starts at a pleasant 6:30 PM. The hotel has a very nice wellness and a separate children's pool with a small slide, where the water is warm, but for me the ambient air temperature is too high. We paid extra for a room without carpets, which is modern and tastefully furnished and was always clean. In our room 214, the leatherette padding (back) of the bed was slightly scuffed, which slightly spoils the impression of my positive rating. I recommend replacing it :-). Perfect and smiling receptionist, and this also applies to the restaurant with the waiter. Upon arrival, there was a question about any food allergens, which is not usually the case. The hotel does not pretend to be anything luxurious, but at the same time nothing inferior. Ideal for families with children thanks to the games room next to the pool and a separate wellness center. The hotel also offers a free ski pass for a ski slope about 11 km from the hotel, which is 11 km long. The slope is interestingly structured and can be used 2 times a week for 3 hours even for a good skier. It would be great if the hotel offered a discount on the ski pass Racines Giovo Colle or Ladurns - that would be a hit. When asked whether to return or not, I answer - Yes, and that's because of the price / quality ratio

We stayed for 6 nights in early January and we are dreaming of our return. We booked the slightly larger room to give our son his own space. He enjoyed having the bunk room all to himself with a sliding door for privacy. Our bed was comfortable and we had lots of outlets available for charging our devices. Our bathroom was large with a rain showerhead. The water was always hot and so nice after a cold day outside. We enjoyed the meals with our 3/4 board and getting to interact with all the wonderful servers. They made us feel very special. We enjoyed Aperol spritzes every afternoon while reading or playing cards.I also loved the atmosphere of the hotel, lots of natural decorations like dried flowers and yarn/wool art. The front desk greeted us every time we came through and helped us to use the bus system to Monte Cavallo. The servers spoke English well, since our Italian is very poor (we hope to learn more for next year!). We used the pool area as a family and also enjoyed the spa area for the sauna and warm pool. The week was a dream, I can't wait to book another trip! Thank you for your hospitality!

We stayed at Hotel Almina for one night during our road trip through the Italian alps. The hotel appears to be new, or newly renovated, as everything seemed very modern. Nice and modern room with a private balcony where we relaxed at night. Traveling with a child, we particularly appreciated the beautiful pool-area where we spent quite a lot of time. There was also a separate pool/spa-area for adults. Although the hotel was great, we were a bit disappointed by the food. The dinner was quite average, and the lunch only had enough ingredients to make a very basic salad. OK breakfast.
