Hotel bellissimo. Personale e staff assolutamente deliziosi. Cucina ottima. Piatti e buffet sempre con ampia scelta Personale di sala cucina veramente disponibile e super cordiale. Soggiorno meraviglioso per chi vuole rilassarsi un pò e godersi anche il Trentino.

Hotel molto bello e curato, immerso in un paesaggio montano incantevole. Le camere sono pulite, accoglienti e ben tenute. La colazione è ricca e varia, con una prevalenza di proposte salate rispetto a quelle dolci. Il personale si distingue per la gentilezza e la disponibilità, sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La spa è tranquilla, pulita e rilassante, ideale per concedersi momenti di benessere. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole e rigenerante, consigliato a chi desidera relax e natura.

Отличный отель за свои деньги! Персонал супер доброжелательный и отзывчивый, хоть подсказать дорогу, хоть запихнуть покупки в чемодан и замотать его- поддерживали и помогали во всем ))) Вкусный и довольно разнообразный завтрак с видом на Босфор) Наелись симитов с нутеллой на год вперед )

Wir waren von der Freundlichkeit des Personals, sehr überrascht, hohl am Empfang Rezeption als auch im t?glichen Gesch?ft, auch auf der sehr sch?nen Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Bosporus. Immer freundlich, zuvorkommend Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und leider aber ein wenig renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal versucht, diese von Ihnen nicht verursachten kleineren M?ngel zu beseitigen Wir waren aber sehr, sehr zufrieden. Super Lage direkt im Zentrum 400-500 m von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Jederzeit wieder

- Sch?nes, praktisches Zimmer - Gute Lage; man ist schnell bei div. Ausflugsm?glichkeiten - Es hatte viele Kinder, das war super - Wir haben die gewohnte Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit der Südtiroler in diesem Hotel vermisst, bis auf 2-3 Servicemitarbeitende. Die waren top. - Essen zuerst nicht 4-Sterne würdig (nicht saisonal, kalt). Mitte Woche wars pl?tzlich viel besser. - Rezeption m?ssig hilfsbereit - Im Poolbereich und im Spielzimmer extrem heiss - Die Wartung/Reparaturen werden vernachl?ssigt (Lampen im Poolbereich, Spielsachen im Spielzimmer, Outdoor-Trampolin). - Wir haben einen Bettausfallschutz bestellt und bekamen einen defekten und zerrissenen - Im Herren-WC beim Pool war das Licht mehrere Tage defekt trotz Meldung an der Rezetion

Buona struttura in val di giovo....buona accoglienza..camere superior belle e pulite..alcuni segni di usura.....ristorante ottimo con buon servizio...ottima cucina..tutte le bibite sono a pagamento..compresa acqua a 3 euro al litro...alcuni prezzi sono allucinanti... 1/2 litro di vino chardonnay alla spina 17.60 euro....spa bella divisa tra adulti e bambini...zona adulti con 3 saune un bagno turco una piscina e un idromassaggio.....varie docce....solo 12 sdraio quindi si fa molta fatica a trovare posto...personale assente.....la parte esterna del giardino è insufficiente..pochissime sdraio in una fetta di prato.....niente altro per la parte esterna......quindi va bene per la.coppia e i piccoli gruppi.. personale sottodimensionato...i pochi presenti fanno il lavoro doppio.....colazione e cena ottima....pranzo solo verdura e zuppa....

We had a great trip to Istanbul August 2025 and the hotel experience at Almina really added to and helped with this. In really good location close to Blue mosque (5mins walking) with a great view from the terrace. The terrace also had excellent views of the sea. The room was really nice, clean and modern. With this in mind the only downside was the hotel is close to a rail line. This caused a lot of noise when the train passes. The breakfast is really nice and fresh each morning and the staff are so helpful. Even doing a surprise birthday shoutout for my wife. The website pictures do not do justice to the actual experience. A special mention for Vedat and Adnan at the front desk of the hotel. They really helped with every aspect of our stay and went above and beyond to help us with travel and transfers.

Me and my partner stayed at Almina hotel - August 2025. I have only great things to say regarding the hotel. Upon arrival due to an issue with our room, we had Adnan from the reception greet us, and explain the arrangements he had set in advance. He paid for our transport and booked us nearby at another hotel without any problem. Coming back the next day to check in properly, we were greeted by Vedat, who due to this "bad start" has upgraded our room to a higher floor. Till this point I can say problem management and client care have been excellent. The hotel itself is like the pictures, and even though small, it smells nice, and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was definetelly worth it, with a wide variety to choose, from cereal, to fruits, to pastries, local appetizers, and even natural honey straight from the honeycomb! Everything was delicious, no other was to phrase it. Location wise it is about minutes walk from the central square where TopKapi palace, Aya Sophia, and the Blue Mosque are located. We were given instructions by both Adnan and Vedat on what to visit and also recommendations about the asian side of Istanbul. We also booked a tour which was nice after discussing our options with the reception staff. To summarise, the hotel was as in the pictures, clean and smelling wonderful. The stay was great, food was amazing, and the staff were super helpful, guiding and nice. Thanks Vedat and Adnan for making our stay in Istanbul a great one!
