Babamla birlikte bu otelde iki gece konaklad?k ve genel olarak ?ok memnun kald?k. Otel son derece temizdi ve konumu harikayd?. Al??veri? merkezleri ve restoranlara yürüme mesafesinde olmas? büyük kolayl?k sa?lad?.
Ben termal havuzu kullanamasam da, babam olduk?a temiz buldu?unu ve ?ok be?endi?ini s?yledi. Kahvalt? ise taze ve lezzetliydi; herkesin damak zevkine uygun bir ?eyler mutlaka vard?. Servis g?revlileri ?ok nazik ve dü?ünceliydi. Masada ilac?m? g?rdüklerinde hemen su getirmeleri kü?ük ama ?ok tatl? bir incelikti.
Oda temizlik g?revlisi han?mefendi de son derece kibard?. ?kramlar?m?z? hi? eksik b?rakmam?? olmas? bizi ayr?ca mutlu etti.
K?sacas?, kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyece?imiz bir otel. Her ?ey i?in te?ekkür ederiz.

This hotel is the best. For everything

Our stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs.
Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef.
All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory.
I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

was clean and had classic design! Hotel amenities was superb! Breakfast was a good spread, fresh food and so many options! We stayed on a high floor and get to see the sunrise! Hotel is also nearby a mall full of eateries.
