    • Guest：地理位置好，周边吃饭很方便，出门左转直走500米就到湖泉公园，再左转就到红河水乡。酒店里工作人员服务意识要加强。1、前台接待的服务态度不好，当天到酒店前台办理入住 ，2位前台在岗，一位在忙着开发票，一位在跟柜枱外面的美女聊天。等了10分钟左右，忙着开发票的前台过来悄悄跟我説，你叫聊天的她帮办理入住吧！！！我真是晕了，这俩位前台没有看到我在等吗？真是目中无人呀！！！2、房间的衞生间洗澡的花洒头插座是坏的，一开水花洒头自动快速转圈圈，喷得人一身都是水。报修后师傅拿来一个胶片垫上，一开水又是打圈圈。3、早餐品种不多，以素菜为主。4、房间里面设施太简单了，就一张椅子，一张小圆桌，使用非常不方便。
