Good place and view, the location is on the other mountain side but have pick-up service from the main station.

Check in is at 16:00, fen at reception upgraded our room to a Mountain View, room was clean, it was a good size with 2 tubs (cold & hot) , had a balcony & a small fridge, a little bit far from old town wulai but they have a shuttle that can take you for ntd 150/way, staff was really helpful and very hospitable, they definitely go the extra mile to accommodate your needs and requests, thank you to Ling & Fen, you guys made our stay extra comfortable.

The facilities were very good, with two large bathtubs and a nice shower.
The view of the mountains and the old town was beautiful.
The breakfast was very comprehensive with both Western and Asian style breakfast available.

The room itself was great - clean, big hot tub, great view and balcony. A little hard to get to and from the town without driving, hotel felt a little rundown, but not the room at all.

臺北地區溫泉而言，烏來算是物美價廉，這家店中規中矩，和同行比是還不錯。
