They charged our credit card before we even arrived at the hotel. We were extremely surprised by that, thinking that someone had hacked our credit card. This is unacceptable! We booked via Agoda. It was written that we would pay at the counter.

非常满意，前台小姊姊服务十分热情，下次有去新竹会再选择这个酒店入住，早餐十分丰盛，吃到饱的概念，很好吃！

Greta location, lots of good spots nearby. Room was large and I liked the fact there was a water dispenser in there for practically unlimited free water. Unfortunately all this was very tarnished by the fact the room and bathroom were not claned to the standards one would expect from even a mid to low class establishment. Water spots all over the mirror (so very obvious to see) and taps; hair on the bathroom floor. A mosquito shared the room with me too.,"Excellent location".
Cheap doesnt have to mean dirty. What a shame.
