  • Guest：Arrived in Jerez by train from Cadiz ( €4.50 p/p) ( 2 coffees and 2 iberico ham tostadas for €10 at Cadiz station) The hotel reception staff gave a warm welcome and offered to store luggage safely. At check in I was told the room was ready so no need to store luggage. I upgraded to a family room which had a sofa/ sofa bed room with fridge, mini bar, kettle station and local info. Then a spacious bedroom with seating area, and further area for storing bags, with safe and hanging space. The en-suite was large with double sink, walk in shower, bath, loo and bidet, plenty of fresh towels, gowns, slippers, toiletries and hairdryer. Breakfast is available for €14 p/p. The reception area had plenty of comfy seating, lots of tourist information and an afternoon station with coffee, water and cakes available. On the roof was a small pool and decking area with seating and a few parasols. Lifts to all floors. A perfect city hotel only yards from the main square and good value for money.
  • Guest：Overall it was comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly. Not a huge pool area but did manage to get a sunbed everyday. Rooms a little bit dated but were were spending 3 full days exploring Cádiz and Jerez that we didn’t actually spend a lot of time there, just to shower and sleep. If you get a good rate then do it, otherwise it’s okay
