  • Guest：Что хорошо: отель расположен в уединении, красивая ухоженная территория, прекрасный вид с высоты, много эстетичных фотозон, относительно неплохо убран номер. Что плохо: Поскольку отель находится на высоте, к сожалению, прелесть использования бассейна мы не познали (после того, как попали по дороге в центр циклона, были бы счастливы поплавать и согреться в теплой воде, но вода в бассейне была холодная; это большой минус ввиду того, что на территории - плавание как одно из основных занятий/развлечений). Ресторану при отеле не мешало бы подучить поваров: когда голодные, как были мы, конечно любая еда кажется вкусной, но наша таковой, увы, не была. Позиции из нашего выбора были не чересчур изысканными, но приготовлены на абы как: Mushroom cappuccino, Garlic prawns, chicken biriyani, 2 пива lion - суп из грибов был пресным, грибами там и не пахло, креветки были сильно пережарены, а курицу по просьбе в заказ официанту “no spicy, please” я ела чуть ли не со слезами на глазах: мало того, что куриное мясо от пересушенности напоминало больше змеиную кожу, так и во рту все горело от специй. Может, конечно, нам так ?повезло? на еду, но,увы, ужин не за 11к Шри-Ланкийских рупий не впечатлил. А вот завтрак был неплохой (омлет, фасоль, что-то мясное, гриль-овощ, фрукты, выпечка, фруктовый шейк, вода). Персонал был вежлив и все старались: и в отеле, и в ресторане. Да, дорога до отеля не для слабонервных: местами плохо с покрытием, крутой серпантин в гору, но если вы бывалый турист и даже передвигаетесь на байке не первый сезон как мы, то дорога к отелю вас особо не напугает. Рекомендации к отелю: нам не хватило сушилки для вещей, для тех, кто будет у вас пользоваться бассейном или попадает в ливень, всё-таки этот предмет актуален, восполните пожалуйста.

The serene pool and the presence of thoughtful, respectful guests added to the overall sense of comfort and exclusivity. The highlight of our experience was the restaurant. Not only were the dishes exceptional, but the discipline and professionalism in the service and presentation were of the highest standard. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the entire reservation team, the dedicated gardener, and the excellent service staff — Ravindra, Yashan, Lakamal, and Diush. Their warm smiles and the delightful towel elephant they created made our stay even more memorable.
  • Guest：Fabulous one night stay in this beautiful hotel at the top of the hill in Kandy. Fantastic facilities, in the most picturesque location. Dinner & breakfast were excellent and we were served in a polite, efficient but friendly manner by the staff Lahiru & Gamini.
