Very noisy. Room and bathroom are very small. It does the job for a night or 2 if you are planing for a quick visit and are not staying in the room. It is very important to know that the restaurant is an open area in the middle of the hotel. You hear it all. Until late at night. Upside: walkable to plaza mayor and other staple monuments and Botin ??

Accueil et personnel très bien.
J'ai été surprise de ne pas avoir de fenêtre au sens propre du terme dans la chambre. 2 vitres sans teint donnent sur la cour intérieure avec des claustra japonais en guise de rideaux mais qui n'occultent pas la lumière des lampions de numéros de chambres qui br?lent toute la nuit.
La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle, ventilateur ou climatisation disponible, calme. A noter que la tringle à vêtements est faite pour les géants ! La bouteille d'eau est payante en chambre.
Le petit-déjeuner est très bien mais dans une toute petite salle à réservation horaire. Ce qui est très bien sauf quand on travaille est qu'on est envahi par des touristes et qu'il n'y a plus de place t?t sans possibilité d'emporter.

Tiny rooms, great location
I'm curious about how this hotel has earned four stars; it seems more fitting for three stars at best. While the staff is exceptionally friendly, the hotel itself is quite uncomfortable, with a central open-air corridor that makes the hallways chilly. The room itself was tiny, leaving little space to move around comfortably, and the amenities for working were minimal. On the bright side, the hotel's location is superb.

Nos encantó la estadía!
El lugar en el centro histórico, el edificio antiguo finamente recuperado, la comodidad de la habitación: todo excelente.
Pero por sobre todo destacó la amabilidad y la atención del personal: siempre dispuesto a dar soluciones a nuestras consultas y la comida muy buena.
Definitivamente volveríamos!
