There has been no information reflected to us that there was any problem in your room during your stay at our hotel. If you had reported such a problem during your long-term stay, your room would have been checked technically and our entire team would have been happy to assist you by making an urgent room change so that you could have a more comfortable stay. Since the weather in Ankara during your stay was not suitable for the cold air conditioning system to be turned on, our cold air conditioning system was operating at certain hours. We would like to state that seasonal temperatures are meticulously monitored in our hotel with a central heating/cooling system and that a determination is made by taking into account the demands of all our guests in accordance with the weather conditions.
