  • Guest：It is a nice little accommodation at the other parts of West Lake. No metro nearby. Can easily get Didi to town and main gate of West Lake within 20mins. Good breakfast. Very prompt service. Room is very cold due to malfunction of heater but they quickly send over a portable heater fan.
  • Guest：The room was very cold, and the breakfast was poor. The location was excellent, but overall, the price was too high for that room/service
  • Guest：Authentic, intimate, hospitable in the ideal location with a small restaurant serving well prepared local (and I think other regional Chinese) food catering for hotel guests, and it seems also frequented by locals. The sort of accommodation I'm always on the look out for when travelling around China. Thanks for making us feel welcome.
  • Guest：I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. Located to the west of West Lake (西湖), the hotel is beautifully hidden in the forest, blending seamlessly with nature. It consists of several small buildings surrounding a pond, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and well-maintained, with very comfortable beds. The hotel staff were kind, attentive, and professional, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Although it's a bit far from the metro, it’s still conveniently located near major tourist attractions, making it a great base for exploring Hangzhou. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat close to nature while still having access to the city’s highlights.
