The staff are very accomodating. Bathroom fixtures need to be cleaned thoroughly or replaced because it looks dirty, though. The place is within downtown area and accessible to transportation services, restaurant, banks. We had a difficult time looking for it because the hotel signage is not very visible. They serve breakfast only.

Reception & housekeeping staff friendly. GREATLY NEEDS IMPROVEMENT ARE THE 3RD CUP STAFF While they were short-staffed, Cashier was busy on her cellphone playing. Waitress took 5 minutes to get our order & did not know a staple main course food. There were only 2 other tables with guests, total of 12 people. With repeated follow-ups and 55 minute wait and still no food, we had to cancel our order as our shuttle to the airport was waiting. We just paid for one soda. No bottled water available also.
