Dear Millisat, I would like to extend my sincere apologies for your recent experience at Buckler’s Africa Lodge, and for your perception that it was not good value for money. I believe I may have already addressed this in a previous email to Donovan, though I could be mistaken. Regardless, I want to assure you that the concerns you raised are being taken seriously and are already being addressed. We are currently in the process of upgrading our facilities to create a more consistent five-star environment. As part of this transformation, we will also be phasing out the self-catering option to better align with the standard of service we aim to deliver. I truly regret that your stay fell short of your expectations and that we did not provide the experience you deserved. We would welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future, with the confidence that your next visit will reflect the improvements we are implementing.
