  • Guest：Very hospitable service staff who go out of their way to help the guests with requests eg. Very prompt responses to amenties needs, helps when we have issues with taobao returns etc. This hotel package came with many useful freebies like free use of the mahjong room which we enjoyed, welcome dessert, facial masks and most importantly the free luggage delivery to airport which enabled us to explore the city easily and head straight to airport for our midnight flight. Hotel also provides free one way transport either to or from airport which we didn’t use due to flight timing. Ther is a metro within walking distance and ride hailing is very affordable so traveling around is convenient. Highly recommend this hotel stay for families.
