We are sorry to hear that you found your room not acceptable. Please remember this is a 3 star property and none of our rooms have beach or city views. rooms are allocated as bookings come through and unless requested for medical reasons for stairs etc all our rooms are clean and comfortable for everyone. The room area your room was in is highly demanded due to quietness. The pool in winter is not inviting due to the colder temperatures. However, our rates are based on demand and events going on in the city area there is greater demand for rooms and our property does its best to keep our rates available to everyone to enjoy a break.
