The communication was great, had an issue with the heat in my room and they changed my room without any problems.
Was a bit cold in the lobby but other than that, my stay was great!

Very nice hotel and enjoyed my stay. Staff were great pool area lovely food good great shower quiet room comfortable bed

房间宽敞舒适明亮，靠近地铁及到机场的102巴士，处于市区繁华地段，早餐有点简单，值得信赖的一个酒店。
