My second stay at the Hari this year and it was even better than my first. Both were wonderful experiences. The staff is friendly and attentive, plenty of shopping and dining nearby, and the rooms are comfortable and accommodating.

Really nice, Great location but very expensive Great location, really lovely and helpful staff. Got a gift for my birthday which was so nice. The hotel facilities however (room size/light, communal spaces, extras etc) let it down unless you set your expectations - you are paying for the location and the service, don't expect to be blown away by anything else. For this price a little further out you'd expect a lot more. That said, it's really lovely for what it is.

Spectacular They have been spectacular. I went there with my 3 yo and they really went above and beyond. He loved it so much that he wants to go back there every time we are going to london. They really make us feel special. Thank you

Perfect location. Had some issues with the do not disturb sign not being respected. Staff was professional and responsive to the issue and although they did not follow through with compensating me with complimentary 'drinks', I appreciated their cordial manner and accountability. The location is unbeatable. The restaurant is a bit run down feeling, but the food is acceptable and they have some nice cocktails on the menu.

Modern and functional Staff were very professional and friendly. I’m sure the hotel meets all the requirements of a 5star but just felt it slightly impersonal and the rooms were quite small but perfect for one night. No real complaints but I prefer older buildings and architecture. Would recommend to others for a short stay in London and reasonably room rates.

This was an amazing stay for my partner and I. The room was clean, and cleaned daily. We enjoyed the bar at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Shoutout to Andrea at the bar and the concierge for their support with booking our dinner reservation. We will stay again.

Quality Stay Lots of staff at the hotel, all at the ready to assist you. Liked that in this day and age, where you don't always get great servicing of your room at some hotels that was not the case here as they cleaned everyday, changed towels everyday, and provided turn down service everyday. My only complaint was the outdoor terrace off the lounge allowed for smoke to permeate through the lounge and down to the lobby at times.

This hotel advertises itself as a luxury 5-star boutique hotel. So you expect cozy, quiet, and more individualized service. My experience was the opposite. They had a party on Saturday night which woke me up because it was so loud. I called the front desk, and they responded that I could move my room. People are traveling from overseas, jet lagged and I booked this hotel to avoid this kind of nonsense noise. I don't understand the logic of management that it's appropriate to have a screaming, electric DJ party at a boutique hotel. If they knew there was a party, at least they could've let guests know or moved to different rooms beforehand instead of making guests move middle of the night. On top of this, my room had a connecting door. My neighbor was clearly guests from the party because they were singing, laughing, going in and out of the room while the party was going on, and I could hear their conversations. I really don't understand why they would make loud party guests stay next to someone who is staying the whole week. Additionally, their rooms have very bad soundproofing. Your whole room shakes whenever someone opens or closes the door. Food - definitely not a 5 star. I ordered room service for breakfast. Coffee was brought in a cup (no cover or anything), it was already cold and spilled everywhere. Ordered tea with Milk but milk never came. Ordered a vegetarian dish but brought sausage. I had a high expectation for this hotel but I will not stay here again.
