  • Guest：Rooms are good - basic and clean. Staff are neutral, nice but not service oriented. Incredible value for the price. Basically price matches service levels. We used to stay here alot and service was strong. O complaints - but a little more service training would go a long way
  • Guest：Phones didn’t work in the hotel, staff was mediocre at best. Restaurant staff was great. Housekeeping staff kept entering room despite do not disturb sign being on door multiple times a day, over multiple days during the CFP natty weekend. Nice location, super small bathroom and room. Floors are sagging and building likely needs rehab. Good location and decent value but probably wouldn’t stay again
  • Guest：Staff was helpful & courteous however I was not really impressed with state of amenities around the area. Parking costs were high
  • Guest：Front desk was terrible. We tried calling from the room and no one answered even though we knew he was sitting there on his phone. We asked to move to a different room because the neighbors were so loud. He gave us another room and just said it’s at the end of the hall. Well the service elevator wasn’t working so we had to hall 4 suitcases up and down 3 flights of stairs. It was ridiculous. Our dinner and breakfast was terrible and way overpriced. We called the front desk and used the local 305 # and no answer. In the morning we told the front desk when checking out & he said “oh yeah the phones don’t work”
