Radiator wouldn’t turn down and due to being in the annex had to walk to reception to ask for it to be turned down as phone didn’t work in room. On arrival laundry was all over floor in entrance to annexe

Everything was perfect! my single room was not in an annexe, thankfully which was a pleasant surprise. All staff were helpful and professional. Breakfast was a delight & not too crowded or rushed (it was January!) I will be returning..

Easily walkable from Victoria station. Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our bags in our room, even though it wasn't ready yet. Person who guided us to the room was also very kind. Room was clean, shower had good pressure, beds were comfortable. Would stay again!

Bella zona, quartiere tranquillo silenzioso e a due passi da Victoria Station , teatri , Westminster Big Ben, Harrods Belgravia. Personalmente mi sono mossa a piedi ed in bus senza nemmeno usare la metro. Stanza ok con bollitore e biscottini in camera. Consigliato

Staff friendly, annex room was clean. Woken up at 8am on a Saturday morning to drilling and banging where builders were working on the flat/room above. Mentioned this to reception at check-out but they seemed hesitant to offer any form of reimbursement or help. Maybe we just got unlucky but this really ruined our stay.

It's very strange to be placed in a room across the street, without any connection or contact with hotel staff. Furthermore, there was construction work next to our room window, and we had to walk through tools and people to access the stairs leading to the building. Despite this, considering the high cost of living in London, I would say it was a reasonable stay.

Room was very clean only downside was npo fridge. Had to use the window ledge to keep our milk fresh. The staff were wonderful

Chambre dans une résidence annexe, en sous sol. Fenêtre donnant sur un mur. Lit petit en longueur et largeur (pieds qui dépassent lorsqu’on fait plus d’1m60). Pas de réseaux. Mal insonorisé. Plut?t bien situé, chambre propre.

De kamer was mooi, netjes en het personeel was vriendelijk. Ik miste alleen wel hotel slippers in de kamer, want ik vind het niet fijn om met blote voeten te lopen in de kamer. Ik moest elke keer mijn sokken en mijn schoenen aantrekken om op te staan. Maar voorderest vond ik alles top.
