  • Guest：Everything from the customer service to the cleanliness was top-tier. Would highly recommend!
  • Guest：Courteous staff, clean room, and great amenities. Only complaint is room noise. We stayed in a room ending in 77 (southeast side of the property), and heard nothing but road and railroad noise all night.

I had a club room with lounge access, and there was confusion by the staff when I asked about when the happy hour and hors d'oeuvres were going to be served (they said they didn't do that) but the food ended up being served so that's fine. The lounge access was phenomenal, the valet very helpful, and I'll stay at the Sheraton again!
