An outstanding experience. Hotel Paradiso is refined, charming, serene. Every member of staff was courteous. Clean, elegant rooms. Breakfast one of the best globally. Views sublime. Perfect escape from city hustle.
Stayed here for a work trip and couldn’t have asked for better comfort. The room was quiet, Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the desk setup was super helpful. Staff were welcoming and quick to assist with anything I needed. After a long workday, it was nice to return to a calm, clean room and relax.

It’s 13 mnts from playa del Carmen employees very very kind kitchen good for breakfast and nice beds .
I like the location it’s in the medle of all ateactions and cities to visit 30 to 45 mnts to. All Tulum cancun and all small cities .
The best was the whasher/dryer on the apartment .
I ll go back again next time

Es un apartamento impecable, muy bien ambientado, las instalaciones son excelente. Lo único que puedo decir es q para la ubicación siempre necesitas un auto o un servicio de taxi pero la distancia es auto son cortas a 10 - 15 min del centro de playa de Carmen en auto, esto también favorece al final porque la zona es súper tranquila, cero ruido excelente para descansar.
