A 5-Star experience at 3-Star hotel prices. Unbeatable location by the lake for a sailor, scenic, great food, nice friendly guests and wonderful hosts and staff. I discovered the meaning of the sweet Italian life here. Highly recommend!
Just arrived, safe back home and again I would love to thank Dimitri and his beautiful family for the amazing stay at the Hotel Paradise. Care and attention, services for the guests are in every detail, from the welcome and all day long, until the time to say goodbye. Happy that we met!
Just spent a couple of days here. We should have booked longer. The staff are fantastic, the rooms immaculate (but this is a family run hotel so not ultra modern). Wonderful views and lovely pool. The minibus works well to get you into town and all in all if you want to stay somewhere authentically Greek this is great.
Per chi, come noi, preferisce mare e relax, è la location ideale. Situata su una collina immersa nel verde degli ulivi, offre una splendida vista, clima più ventilato e il silenzio per riposare. La struttura mette a disposizione una navetta ad orari stabiliti, per chi non dispone di mezzi, per raggiungere il centro. L'hotel è a conduzione familiare per cui ci si sente subito a casa. Tutti sono molto gentili e disponibili, inoltre Kostas parla molto bene l'italiano ed è sicuramente un punto di riferimento oltre ad essere un conoscitore di calcio ??internazionale con cui mio marito si è intrattenuto più volte per simpatiche chiacchierate ??
The staff were decent, but the room was not clean. The bed sheets were dirty, and the area was noisy with loud music playing. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
The staff were kind and friendly and the place was very spacious for a budget hotel. Close driving to supermarkets and Playa del Carmen. Kitchen could use some basic supplies such as a dish drying rack and sponge to properly wash dishes. The pool was not working which was a hassle for us with 2 young kids in the middle of summer.
The property is 15 minutes from 5ta Avenida and far from all the activities. Not within walking distant to all the shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, however, the sheets were stained. Comfortable overall. 7/11 conveniently located around the corner.
