  • Guest：The rooms do not reflect the photos super disappointing and overpriced. Most of the rooms aren’t renovated and stink horribly. The staff was helpful and upgraded my room For a discount but I would never go back. The water in the shower never got hot and was really hard to even turn on. Only upside was the beach access.

Crystal was warm and welcoming at check-in, provided helpful dining information, and reassured us that the room we booked would have a beautiful view. When we woke up the next morning, we were delighted to see the beach just as she promised. Her level of service was comparable to checking into the Ritz—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring.
  • Guest：The room was neglected and a half attempt of remodel. The slider out to the balcony was a glass pane and the remaining glass was obscured by stains to the point we had to open it fully to see a clear view of our “ocean front view.” Had to use a towel to sweep the floor on my hands and knees to brush the debris off to the edge. The wicker chairs should have been disposed off seasons ago. The valet parking returned my car covered in stucco debris from the obvious remodel happening above where they parked it. It was not automatically discounted if this would have been a classy place, recognized the debris.
  • Guest：I love this place but I am not able to climb stairs. The room I reserved is down two flights of stairs and there is NO elevator access. I had to be put in a different room that only had a partial ocean view. I would just like the rooms that require stairs be labeled in larger font. I found on the website in some fine print an notice that one of your hotel buildings lacks elevators. Or maybe the hotel could put a wheelchair/ elevator/ lift??
