Beautiful restaurant reception and great access for St pancreas station. Annoyed at the charge for internet usage. The login leads you to a paid access. Designed to paying a higher rate for access. Very poor

We stayed here after our wedding over the road at Camden Town Hall. Staff were wonderful, they made up our room with a decorations and a gift, and the breakfast was delicious. Thoroughly recommend.

酒店位置很好，出行方便，整體就很英倫風格，很有特色的酒店，值得推薦????????，早餐很不錯，整體感覺非常舒服

房間比較寬敞，酒店非常好看，早餐是點餐，還是比較高級。就在火車站附近，還有地鐵站，出行非常方便。整體感受不錯。

房間還可以，就是前臺辦入住的一名白人女性很強勢！不肯給好房間，歧視中國客人！他們黑人服務員服務水平還可以。樓下有個火車站，如果想要安靜就不能訂這家酒店！

差點被評論區誤導了，猶豫了一下才訂了這家酒店。入住以后，體驗非常好，工作人員都彬彬有禮、素質很高，隨時提供分寸感恰好的幫助。早上在大堂主動帶非凡国际去看了最美樓梯，還講了近期到訪的名人；等退房后，寄存行李外出時，仔細問了交通安排、航班時間等等，還介紹了附近值得一去的景點。
訂的基本款房間不算奢華，但在細節中彰顯品味與內涵，比如圖1放在靠枕上的文字介紹，即全歐第一間女士吸煙室，等等。酒店餐廳可以直通火車站，去蓋特維克機場5站40分鐘。
總體感覺能稱得上滿滿的老錢風、傳統英倫范。
