Cleanliness (3/5): The cleanliness of the accommodation was OK. Housekeeping maintained the rooms and common areas in a spotless condition throughout my stay. But ung CR is 2/5, shower head is Iw.
Service: (4/5). : Kuya Gaurd is actively helping, But Hotel check out is too early and cannot extended even 30mins only.
Amenities (4/5): The in-room amenities were top-notch, from the modern flat-screen TV. The work desk and high-speed Wi-Fi were particularly useful for my business needs. However, I would have appreciated more variety in bathroom toiletries.
Views (4/5): Depending on the room, some offer fantastic views of the cityscape, while others provide a pleasant view of the hotel. It would have been ideal to have more rooms with scenic city views.
Quiet and Relaxing (5/5): One of the standout features was how quiet and relaxing the rooms were. Despite being in a bustling city, I could unwind and focus without any disturbances, which is a significant plus for business travelers.
In summary, St. Mark Hotel's accommodation exceeded my expectations. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also meticulously maintained. Whether for business or leisure, the accommodation at this hotel offers a tranquil and rejuvenating retreat.

Horrible horrible place ! The inside of the rooms is disgusting I’ve stayed in hostels better than this. There’s damp and mould all along the floor and windows. Every room I saw upon asking for a room change is even worse than the first room. I had to drink so much just to get through the night there.

All staffs were approachable. Nice and spacious room. TV has youtube and Netflix! Fast wifi as well.

It was very clean hotel, they always clean the room every day. And the staff are nice.

The hotel's location is very close to Earl's court train station and neighborhood is fine, but the hotel itself is not clean. The carpet is dirty, the room itself also needs quite a bit of love. I am not picky with hotel aesthetics, but this hotel really needs some work. They have free breakfast though which comprise of cereals, bread, cheese, ham, egg, coffee and juice that are your basic continental breakfast spread.

When we have arrived we’ve realised the place looks totally worse comparing to what’s shown on the pictures, the hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel was horrible, bedding was dirty, same with pillows and loads of mold in the room. Very basic food provided, and the glasses were dirty too. I would not recommend this hotel to anymore! Service was not very good too - when we were eating the woman from the kitchen gave us not very nice stare.
