  • Guest：Stayed in one of their newly renovated rooms, very nice indeed, a little small but it's London so I've come to expect that. Would stay again.
  • Guest：The room was beautiful, recently renovated with a deep bath tub. Room was spotless and blackout curtains were next level. Staff were helpful and welcoming. A great stay. Only comment would be that the lobby and lift felt a little dated, but the rooms are brand new. A great stay and I’d happily return.
  • Guest：Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff, especially in the breakfast room. Good value breakfast.
  • Guest：It's a decent room for a cosy option, seems like a refurbished room which is nice. The location is great, but the lack of room service meant it was hard to find meals when I got home after 8pm from work. The cosy room also didn't have a coffee pod machine, and I had issues connecting to the internet on the 5th level. The service was excellent and they did their best to fix the internet for me, spending an hour really trying to find a resolution, so just had to use the internet downstairs in the lobby (which was very stylish and comfortable) I think this place is perfect for a holiday, but harder for work IMHO.
