I don't understand how it's acceptable to have the cleaner banging on your window cleaning it at 8am.
The response from the person on reception was quite poor. Just a thinly veiled apology and thatsbit.

希望部屋と异なっていて、それはホテル侧のミスなのに、自分たちで荷物を移动することになって、重かったのに…手伝ってくれずに困りました…阶段しかなくて、スーツケースは运びにくかったです…荷物が多い人にはオススメできません！
