前台很耐心地帮非凡国际办理入住，动用他所有的技能帮非凡国际解释房间的梳化床，早餐也不错，

Kleines Hotel, mit gutem Fruehstueck sauberen Zimmern, sehr liebevollem Personal, in idealer Lage um London zu erkunden. Die Preise sind vernuenftig und die Organisation perfekt. Ich war nun schon oft in London, fuer einen Privataufenthalt kann ich das Hotel uneingeschraenkt empfehlen. Gegenueber dem Hotel beginden sich u.a. zwei chinesische Restaurant, mit autentischer chinesischer Kueche, auch chinesisch sprechend. Lebensmittellaeden sind auch um die Ecke, ebenso wie zwei gemuetliche Pubs. Die Tate Gallery und die Milenium Bridge sind keine fuenf Gehmituten entfernt. Waterloo Station, Tube und London Busses sind direkt zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Umgebung vermittelt einen ruhigen und sicheren Eindruck, auch in der Nacht. Ich buche gerne wieder in diesem Hotel.

如果只是双人入住会比较好
附近好多嘢食 去borough Market都方便??? 搭车都可以嘅?

住宿方面都挺满意的，房间每天都会积极帮助打扫或者询问是否需要打扫。
早餐方面需要改进，虽然英国是个美食荒漠，但是用心做好香肠是硬的，培根也硬的。

酒店位于伦敦南岸，距离伦敦桥与滑铁卢火车站都在大约1公里多点距离，步行可达，出行很方便。酒店步行5分钟，就可以到达泰晤士河边，性价比高，推荐入住。

The guy at the front office really killed the experience from the day one. No hospitality what-so-ever.
When we were waiting for the room to be ready, the same guy chatted loudly and laughed with another female staff at the counter which looked unprofessional.
Aircond was not cold since the day we checked in until we checked out (need to open the window to get some fresh air). When we reported it, the same guy asked, ‘are you sure you want your aircond cold?’ I felt like? The aircond was not fixed until the day we checked out.
Breakfast menu was the same 6 days in a row.
I will not stay with this hotel anymore in the future.

Nothhing in the bathroom but there is a sign saying if u need amenities just let them know and they will provide. There was shampoo and shower gel and handwash provided in large bottles. Room a bit small but for London it was comfy enough. Very easy walk to southwark tube and blackfriars rail station

Friendly, efficient check-in. Foyer was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Rooms were more spacious than expected; well equipped, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect with transport, food options and attractions very close by. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable (same offered each day); did get a bit busy and tight (crowded) but staff were excellent at seating and arranging guests. By the second morning, my daughters’ gluten-free toast order was prepared and delivered without delay. Thank you for a great stay!
