衞生一般，床上有不明物体，因为入住时间太晚又有时差，铺了一次性床品后将就了一晚，避雷吧

房间比较小，只能算是马马虎虎够用的水平，前台服务态度很好????地理位置很好，附近就是泰特美术馆和千禧桥，旁边的table早餐店不错，价格不低。

酒店位置方便，邻近超级市场、餐厅，静中带旺。只要步15分钟，就能到达伦敦市中心商业区域，不用搭乘交通工具，十分方便！

设施：房间宽敞，简约英伦风格，大床是两张单人床拼的。有一张小的梳化床，大概0.9米的样子。酒店有提供牙刷。但是吹风机真的太老旧了，长头发要吹很久才能干。
衞生：老实説床品的状况有点尴尬，床单有磨毛皮球，皮肤接触起来并不太舒适，宝宝有痒。
环境：周边环境还不错，离火车站很近，步行10分钟左右，去机场和火车中转方便。非凡国际的房间相对安静。
服务：服务还可以。入住办理很快，房间没有纸巾也很快就送到了。只住了一晚，早餐是简单的英式，水果有香蕉苹果。

The hygiene is really poor. When I checked in, there were all kinds of stains on the bed sheets, and there was bloodstain on the quilt cover. There was a card saying that everything would be changed for each guest, but it was obviously not the case. I called the front desk, and they said they would come to change the bedding the next morning. I'm really disgusted. How could I sleep in such a situation? After repeated requests, they said they would come to change it, but they asked me to leave the room. This is the first time I've encountered such a request. The breakfast was okay, but it turned out to be exactly the same every day during the three days of my stay! I definitely won't choose this hotel again!

酒店位于碎片大厦附近，适合打卡周边的伦敦塔桥博罗集市，马路对面往前走有一家湖南米粉和砂锅菜，味道地道对的上中国胃。到地铁站算比较方便，唯一不好就是地漏有问题，半夜起来上厕所，衞生间地面都积起水了，厕所值得改进

Great Rooms, great staff. Location wise can be a lil far from the train station

Decent size room but would be great if there are more lightings. The room is slightly dark given the furniture and carpet is on a darker tone.
Breakfast was wondeful but same throughout the week, which is ok with me. It will be better if it can start earlier as it is too late for business travellers.
Bathroom will be slippery after shower as the water gets out of area but they do provide a change in mat (if needed)
