Great Location. Good hotel. A little tired in places. Breakfast was great.

It was my family trip to London city. First day the trainee at the reception is not so well to assist us on check in. She arrange 3 rooms with 3 different floor. And that is very limit parking with 35gdp per night. I have booked 3 rooms but 1 of the double bed room is super tiny and the bathroom very small as well. You can’t even open up a luggage. It make me so angry to contact trips.com Cs to make a complaint. Cause I pay the same price to get the different room. After next day, the reception has settle the issue but it take a time and delay my trip schedule. It’s not a good feel during the travel.

Good place live in London. Near to London eye. It is really nice that walk along the River Thames at summer night.

Good location with tub station and bus stop nearby. Comfortable and clean room. Very impressive with the staff and their services.

It’s a nice hotel for business or quick trip in London. It’s very close to London Bridge station.
