The room was very clean and we received a mini fridge within 10 minutes of our request. All of the staff were friendly and exceedingly helpful! The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays and displayed a comfortable ambience. I look forward to staying here on my next visit to London.

This was our first trip to London, and wont be our last. This hotel was perfection. The staff was beyond courteous, the rooms were comfortable, the bar staff were amazing, and the location was ideal!! Thank you!!

Extremely attentive staff. Room was well-designed. No outside noise. Dining and drink options were excellent. Great location. Will be back.

A wonderful 2 night stay in a very special hotel. The staff could not have been anymore accommodating. We loved every second. Stunning Christmas decorations everywhere we looked. The room was beautiful, bed very comfortable and luxury bedding. Location is perfect and right on the middle of where we wanted to be. Looking forward to returning.
P.S. the whole hotel smells amazing as well!

Lovely hotel, great location. Bar food was delicious. Loved the pianist in the evening. I found beds too hard but the rest of the family were fine. The door staff were so helpful and friendly. Would visit again, thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent small cosy hotel in the heart of Mayfair. Warm and friendly staff and spotless comfortable room. 24 hour bar and new rooftop bar.

Really nice hotel, perfect location, great quality service, room always kept clean and definitely lives up to a higher end hotel status, was really appreciative that I arrived at like 9am and by 9:15 I was in my room even though check in was 3pm

Not good value for money
What they sell as a junior suite is just a regular room. We were next to a room undergoing refurbishment and so the corridor had paint thinner smell, and there was drilling in the morning. The air conditioner was quite weak and my request for maintenance for dismissed by maintenance. Overall not good value for money
In the up side, service was good and the bed was very comfortable

Hidden away comfortable gem.
The Chesterfield hotel was tucked away down a quiet street ten minutes walk from Green Park tube station and a good half hour walk to Oxford Street.
The hotel was very traditional in its surroundings.
Staff were attentive and friendly on the reception and at breakfast.
We had The Afternoon Tea of which I was disappointed with as I am gluten free and thought they could have done better but my granddaughters afternoon tea selection looked fantastic.
The room was small at the back of the hotel but very clean and beds were very comfortable with large soft pillows.
Overall a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone whom wanted to pay a little extra money for that traditional touch in service.
