無語的之旅，
第一：被子臟，打電話后20分鐘換好了
第二：房間隔音效果差，靠近馬路，摩托車的聲音很大，非常奇怪的是有很奇怪的聲音，很大的噪音，晚上響了至少3次，不知道是不是砸墻的聲音，驚醒了3次，
無語只能在凌晨3點多退房了！！

Check-in: Fast and efficient. The staff member attending to me was wearing a mask, which is understandable for safety, though her voice was quite soft and a bit hard to hear.
Birthday Cake & Room Arrangement: The room decoration and complimentary cake were a lovely touch. I appreciated the staff asking if I wanted it delivered to my room. However, since I had two rooms and my mom and sister were in the other room (my mom uses a wheelchair), I requested the cake be delivered there because I planned to go to their room so we could celebrate together and take photos. When the staff arrived, my sister opened the door while I was standing just behind her. They greeted my sister and not me, which caused some confusion. While it was a small miscommunication, it would help if staff clarify who the celebrant is rather than assuming it’s the person who opens the door. Overall, it was a thoughtful gesture.
Room Service: Fast and accommodating. One suggestion: for a 5-star hotel, providing more than one jug of water per room would be ideal.
Buffet Breakfast: Enjoyable with a variety of options. As someone who has lived overseas, I found the offerings leaning more toward local tastes. While fresh salads were offered, including at least one cooked vegetable dish in the main section would provide a different feel and more variety, especially for those with dietary restrictions. The taho and desserts were delightful and nostalgic.
Assistance with Luggage: The staff who helped us were very friendly and accommodating.
Rooms: Comfortable beds and pillows. The bathtub, strong shower, and water heater were excellent for relaxation. Toiletries were well-provided. Areas for improvement: the coffee table was shaky, the outside of the shower area tends to flood even with the glass doors closed, windows lacked sheer curtains (so rooms are either very bright or very dark), and the TV is outdated with no streaming options. Overall, the room feels more like a 5-star from 10 years ago—by 2026 standards, it feels closer to 4-star.
Staff: Very accommodating and polite. Everyone greets you warmly when passing by.
Facilities: Didn’t have a chance to visit the swimming pool or other amenities, so cannot comment.
Overall: A pleasant stay with great service and thoughtful touches, but the rooms and certain amenities could use updating to match a modern 5-star standard. Unless there are upgrades, I would rate this hotel closer to 4-star.

Our stay at Acacia Hotel was pleasant overall. The property is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment.
However, during our stay, the hotel conducted its annual electrical and door lock reset from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, which required us to leave the room and spend time at the mall. While we understand the importance of routine maintenance, it would have been more appropriate if this had been communicated prior to payment or reservation confirmation.
Additionally, offering alternative arrangements or some form of consideration, such as a discount or added service, would have helped maintain guest comfort and satisfaction during this inconvenience.
Overall, Acacia Hotel is a good place to stay, but clearer advance communication and better guest accommodation during maintenance activities would greatly enhance the experience.

As always, our stay at Acacia Hotel Manila was pleasant overall. The service stood out, with courteous and attentive staff who made the experience comfortable from check-in to check-out. The facilities were well maintained, and the rooms were spacious and relaxing. highly recommended for both leisure and business stays. The food, especially the breakfast buffet, was enjoyable with a good variety, though some dishes were fairly simple. Overall, it was an enjoyable and comfortable stay. I’ll see you again on my birthday celebration in March. I just wish Acacia will prepare a little surprise on my special day ??????. Special occasions are worth celebrating at Acacia

We got a nice stay! My kid is happy and my requested view is superb. Excellent and very accommodating staff. Though there is still no access to youtube and netflix. Wifi connections is strong

We had an amazing time at Acasia Hotel Manila. The room was very clean and good located. A couple of malls are nearby.
We booked breakfast with our booking. The options were amazing and the food tasted really good. We definitely will come back if we’re close again in the future!
