Our group recently been to this property and overall experience was wonderful, All the hotel staff were help full including the sales person specially Mr. William , he's co-ordination and support was very nice and from beginning to end he was supportive.

Location is awesome , with very good rooms and service. , though pricey worth visiting and enjoying the activities which are chargeable and nothing is free even adventure tricks for kids, pottery or painting or trekking in their own premises . Only thing free was face reading.The spa is costly , kids swimming etc are too good. There is nothing to do otherwise . Just relax in the rooms or enjoy their sumptuous spread of breakfast lunch and dinner. The best thing is they have superb pure veg baked options which was awesome , so many varieties superb not seen till now in any 4/5 star hotels . And not to miss their pure veg restaurant itself with so many jain options . On the whole very good for two days not more

My experience at Explore Spa was truly exceptional. From the moment I entered, the ambiance was calming and beautifully maintained, and Lawrence provided an exceptional welcome. The staff were warm, attentive, and extremely professional. My therapists, Dilchi and Lydia, delivered one of the best treatments I’ve ever experienced—deeply relaxing and perfectly tailored to my needs. I left feeling refreshed, peaceful, and completely rejuvenated. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and restorative spa experience. I visited the Explore Spa at Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar for a wedding, and I had a truly wonderful experience. This hotel was perfect for our group's retreat. The staff William and team went above and beyond, As a group traveler who has stayed at many hotels, this one caught my attention. Our group outbound was handled extremely well by the William with team. And the 24-hour conversation and co-operations service is a great perk.
