Hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. My room was large and beautiful. The hotel itself has been a school and it’s been lovingly restored into guest rooms, suites and a large dining room. Shower pressure was excellent! The full English breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent with Tower Bridge about 3 minutes away and London Bridge Station about a 6-10 minute walk. The area has changed a lot in the past 20 years and has a lovely neighborhood feel. Overall a 9.5 out of 10 for me and I would love to stay again!

酒店邻近伦敦塔桥，行几步走可以到塔桥散步了如果坐?观光巴士，也是很近车站。

Upon arrival I had a problem with a noise in the room.
The staff at check in couldn’t have been more helpful, moving my room and upgrading me. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained

Wonderful hotel, with exceptionally helpful staff. The room was great, great amenities and extras, I really liked the location, a short walk to London Beidge station.

A 4/5 stars hotel offers no body lotion! That is not convenient. You need to call room service to ask for it. In general, it is a nice hotel with perfect location for tower bridge and tower of London visitors

非凡国际住的就是最普通的精致房，房间确实布置得很精致。整体软装是印度风格，酒店很乾净。离伦敦塔桥很近，风景好。

Very nice hotel. Personal is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good equipped and provided with complementary stuff, and not so tight like usually in the center area of London. Restaurant and food is good. 2 mins to Tower Bridge. Gym is small as usual in hotels.

设施：酒店有点老了，所以配套设施也会有点旧
衞生：衞生乾净整洁
环境：挑好很高，离伦敦塔桥真的非常近非常近，酒店有点类似小花园的感觉，但是大门不太好找跟google map上显示的有距离，在餐厅同一个院子的南侧一些，找了我好久
服务：服务还不错，服务人员并不多，也不会在外面候着你，你需要去reception找他们帮忙拿行李之类的

出来进去，完全被前台无视，没有招呼和问候，一律冷脸，唯一一次，一位亚裔女士在前台，很有礼貌的打招呼，其余的男士全部高傲的可怕，让人很不舒服，完全不像五星级酒店的服务，窗外夜里也很吵闹，都是周边的不知道酒吧还是什么暴走族之类，每天折腾到一两点，其实这个与酒店无关，但是感受不好，因为窗户玻璃是一层的，不隔音。
